Welcome to the ICT Help Desk.

Here you are able to submit any problems that you may be having with the system and view any the progress as the problem is looked into. You are also able to request equipment such as a projector and video for a lesson.

• Request Support: Click on "request support" if you are having problems with a computer.
• My Jobs: Click on "My Jobs" to see the current status of a problem you have submitted.
• Request Equipment: Click on add request if you need to request some equipment or use of software.
• View Equipment Requests: Click on View Equipment Requests to see what equipment you have previously requested.
