This is a demo of how the system works. This system is design to run on windows networks which have IIS with PHP and MySQL installed. The ICT Help Desk is ideal for network managers and ICT technicians to keep track of jobs that need doing and is an easy way for network users to let you know about problems with the network and also to request equipment for example if they need a projector set up for a meeting.
